What do you have at....

Apple Annie's
Orchard?

Apple Annie's Orchard is where we grow and sell our tree fruit crops…apples, peaches and pears.

This is also where we serve our pancake breakfasts on festival weekends and apple-smoked burger lunches every weekend during our season.

If you are interested in a homemade pie, apple bread or fudge, this is where to come!  The orchard is also the home of our country gift shop, Apple Annie's Attic.

What are your prices for fruit and vegetables?

Price are listed on our website. Just visit the produce pricing page.

Do you charge for parking or admission?

There is no charge for parking or admission; you pay for what you pick, meals and products.

Is picking only available on weekends?

Our orchards and fields are open for picking daily, July-October.  Not all crops are available every day all season.  During harvest season you can call our crop hot-line at 520-384-2084, Option 1 to check availability. Also check our Harvest Calendar for available times of harvest of our fruit and vegetables.  (link to Harvest Calendar)

I want to pick my own fruit and vegetables.  What do I do?

Upon arrival at the orchard or produce farm, check in with one of our staff members at the sales area.  Our staff can give you a map with directions to where we are picking that day, and a list of what is ripe and ready to pick.  Please pick only in rows that are marked with the name of the crop in that row.  If there is no sign, it is not ready to harvest yet.  We do expect you to purchase all of the fruit and vegetables that everyone in your group picks.

Can we eat fruit right of the trees?

Certainly! That is part of the fun of pick-your-own, and there is nothing on them but a little dust! Please don't be wasteful, and do share a large piece of fruit.  Nothing bothers Annie more than finding huge peaches lying on the ground with a single bite taken out of them.

Why aren't you open year round?

We are open during the months of our harvest, July – October.  We open the produce farm in late June if the vegetables are ready sooner than anticipated.  Watch our website or subscribe to our “E-Mail Update” to get information on earlier opening dates.  Each year we close both farms on October 31.  Our weather is growing much cooler by then and we've often had the first hard freeze.  During the winter and spring months the trees are dormant and the fields are bare.  The fruit trees start blooming in March and we start planting the vegetable crops in early April.
